Career Ready Academy

An 8-week accredited course that teaches leadership, financial literacy, and professionalism. Students earn both high school and college credit and graduate with a tailored suit symbolizing confidence and readiness.


Achievers of Tomorrow Scholarship

Supports CareerReady graduates pursuing college, trade, or certification programs keeping momentum toward lifelong success.


Career Ready Connect

A paid internship and alumni network linking students to employers, mentors, and career opportunities in high-demand industries.


Career Ready Council

A coalition of business and education leaders guiding our strategy to align student training with local workforce needs.

Our program courses consist of;


  • Leadership: This course teaches students about the importance of leadership, how to develop their leadership skills, and how to use their leadership skills to make a difference in the world.


  • Colleges & Education: This course provides students with information about different colleges and universities, how to apply to college, and how to pay for college.


  • Career & Professional Life: This course teaches students about different career paths, how to find a job, and how to succeed in the workplace.


  • Finances (Personal & Investments): This course teaches students about personal finance, how to invest their money, and how to build wealth.


  • Entrepreneurship: This course teaches students about entrepreneurship, how to start their own business, and how to be successful in business.


  • Interpersonal Skills: This course teaches students about interpersonal skills, how to communicate effectively, and how to build relationships.


  • Wholesome Wellness: This course teaches students about physical and mental health, how to manage stress, and how to live a healthy lifestyle.
