What began as Suits for Seniors a small program designed to build confidence and leadership in high school seniors has grown into a countywide movement preparing the next generation of professionals to succeed in college, career, and life.

We empower students to rise beyond limitations through education, mentorship, and opportunity. Each graduate earns a brand-new tailored suit, a symbol of confidence, professionalism, and readiness to step into their future.

Our mission is simple yet bold: to create the highest-paid, homegrown talent pipeline in Palm Beach County. By connecting education, business, and community, we’re building a local workforce that reflects the strength, diversity, and ambition of our students.

Our Programs

Career Ready Academy – An 8-week accredited course that teaches leadership, financial literacy, and life skills while earning high school and college credit.

Achievers of Tomorrow Scholarships – Financial awards that help graduates pursue college, trade, or certification programs.

Career Ready Connect– A paid internship and alumni network that connects students with mentors and employers.

Career Ready Council – A coalition of business, education, and civic leaders shaping our programs around workforce needs and opportunities.
